Tarifa is the most southern point of continental Europe. On the shores of Tarifa meet the Mediterranean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean. Tarifa is synonymous with wind, surf and beaches which are divided in three areas: Los Lances Salvaje, Valdevaqueros and Atlanterra. However, we should not forget the Bolinia beach, which is the only nudist beach in the area.

Moreover, the beaches of Tarifa are all of golden sands. To be pointed out is the Playa Chica, an urban beach par exellence. In Tarifa are found one of the best beaches of the Campo de Gibraltar.
